The Business Ready GrowthPlus network is the invitation-only peer-to-peer network for Business Ready clients who meet the following criteria:

• You run a successful business with turnover of >£1M
• You have an established team of 10 or more people
• You are based in Coventry & Warwickshire and are looking to grow
• You have ambitions to sustain growth and/or scale-up your growth capabilities
• You like to meet with like-minded peers to learn and share expertise

What is being offered?

Participating in this network offers:

• Peer group meetings around the city and county (approx. 5 per year)
• An opportunity to meet exclusively with other growth businesses

The Business Ready programme team at the University of Warwick Science Park (UWSP) are facilitating the network, together with Warwickshire County Council.  We aim to support carefully selected businesses to sustain and scale-up growth and productivity.

What is the investment?

Members commit to investing time by participating in the network and sharing their expertise with the wider group. You may also offer to host a meeting and show attendees around your premises.
