There is always a need for teams to be supported by managers and leaders in the work that they do. There is no argument against the value of excellent teams who deliver results with the minimum of fuss. This workshop is suitable for organisations of any size, and for SME leaders and owners of small, developing businesses.
In this workshop we focus on what excellent teamwork involves, and how successful teams are created – because they do not happen by accident.

2 Check and clarify team purpose and operating structure, clarify that teams are aligned to organisational objectives.
3 Make sure that the team knows how to optimise individual roles and responsibilities.
