How do you decide your strategy? Taking a big picture view can uncover more words than are really needed. While there is plenty of information about tools available, how you use these to define your strategy is more difficult without practice.
This workshop follows Part 1 External Environment, by enabling you to evaluate your own business and how it should be developed. It will introduce you to the relevant tools and show you how to use them to develop a coherent strategy.
