Who should attend?
This course is intended for people with some sales experience, or who are in a sales role. Role-playing and exercises will give participants the opportunity to practice and develop their skills during the workshop, putting themselves in the customer’s shoes for maximum learning. This course will be practical, giving you the opportunity to explore and develop your skills in this vital area. It is appropriate for those in a sales role who are looking to take their skills to the next level.
