The University of Warwick Science Park (UWSP) in partnership with Warwickshire County Council (WCC) is looking to appoint a pool of Business Growth Specialists with mentoring expertise, under a framework call-off agreement.
This will an extension, until at least June 2023, of a programme that has been running successfully since 2016.

Demand will be driven by client requirements and the types of businesses we recruit varies very considerably; from early start-up to mature, from most sectors (excluding retail, hospitality and leisure), from service to manufacturing, from online to direct to customer, you-name-it-we-get-asked-to-support!
To all intents and purposes successful applicants will be entering into a zero-hours contract arrangement; in effect this means there is no guarantee of work but we are happy to provide the name/s of previously successful applicants who can share their experience of the programme.
We are particularly interested in applications from those with sector specific experience, including but not limited to medtech, biotech, electrification, AI/ML, aerospace, online & digital marketing, manufacturing and export marketing.
The BR2 Programme is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund with further funding from Warwickshire County Council. The initial period of this programme is 1st January 2022 – 30th June 2023. However, we reserve the right to maintain the growth specialist panel for any future business support programmes delivered by UWSP if so required.
